How to share Blood Glucose Data using Google Fit and Samsung Health

For your healthcare provider to remotely monitor your blood glucose level, you need to accept their invitation, through email or the Qardio App.

To share your blood glucose data with your healthcare provider, you must allow the Qardio App to access your health data via Google Fit or Samsung Health (as shown in screenshot below).

** Please note that you will only be able to see your blood glucose data in the Google Fit or Samsung Health app. You will NOT be able to view your blood glucose data anywhere in the Qardio App at this time.

Once you have accepted the invitation for monitoring, your provider will be able to access your glucose data in one of two ways:

• Use a Google Fit integrated smart blood glucose monitor.

• Use a Samsung Health integrated blood glucose monitor.

Using a Google Fit integrated smart blood glucose monitor

You can use any brand of smart blood glucose monitors that is medically regulated and has Google Fit integration. Read the manufacturer's specifications and look for the Google Fit icon. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on taking your measurement and turn on Google Fit integration with the connected blood glucose app. Your data will be automatically synced to the Qardio App and sent to your healthcare provider for remote monitoring.

Using a Samsung Health integrated smart blood glucose monitor
